Our brief … make the online entry process simple and as hassle-free as possible. So again, we stripped things back to the bare bones, and built a responsive solution that is elegant, simple and highly efficient.

The vast majority of competitor entry systems only allowed for single entries to single events, but with EventEntry, Iosys created an SSL protected 'shopping-cart' type environment, where multiple events can be entered simultaneously.

The Iosys team also created a back-end Event Management System (EMS), based around SQL Server and a bespoke administrative interface. Here, organisers can create and manage events with ease, monitor entrant take-up, and keep an eye on all important profits.

PayPal was tightly integrated into the EventEntry solution, securely processing online payments, including major credit & debit cards, with payment information being immediately fed back into the EMS
